I believe mindset is of utmost importance to living a positively anti-inflammatory! My holistic wellness approach to health and healing is based on the foundation of three components necessary to living a positively anti-inflammatory life (Mindset, Digestion and Nutrition, and Lifestyle). Today, I dive into the first part of this three-part process: Mindset. In this first episode, I explain why mindset matters and how your mindset impacts your health and wellbeing. I recommend specific writing and thought exercises for self-reflection to begin the process of shifting to a positive mindset.
