Sam has found away to make receiving surprises a natural day to day occurrence. By recognizing the surprises she received the day before, not only does she tap into the gratitude frequency but she also uses facts (evidence from the day before) to anchor in her belief that surprises are normal.

This self-taught strategy has brought many unexpected delights into her world: like finding out her dream car was just around the corner from her house (which she bought later that day!) to receiving surprise drop in visits from friends and family. Learn exactly how she incorporates this practice into her daily routine.
