Dwayne Clayden a best selling Alberta Crime Writer, author, a former police officer (3 years) and a former paramedic, writes thrillers with realistic medical and police procedure.
He started writing while he was working in 2010, in 2015 became a finalist for the Author Awards, and in 2017 he published. His biggest challenge was finding a good editor. Dwayne does not believe a writer can self-edit and editors are worth the time it takes to build a relationship that works well. After 9 years, he believes he now has the team he needs.
Dwayne plans to do 2-3 novels a year. He has developed a process for writing and publishing when writing multiples.
He has published multiple bestsellers set in Calgary, AB in the Brad Coulter series www.onlineforothers.org/dwayne-clayden
