Sleep for Midlife Mamas
Manage episode 454856161 series 3616914
When was the last time you had a good night's sleep? If you are a midlife mama, you may be experiencing some trouble with this thanks to fluctuating hormones. Dr. Daniella Marchetti joins me this week to discuss how hormones (and age!) affect sleep -- and what we can do to improve the quantity and quality of our sleep. Plus, some reassuring new if you tend to be a night owl!
