An excellent episode here as Will Forbes (@TransfersMLS) joins Jordan and me on the podcast. From players to coaches to stadium issues, where does Will see NYCFC in terms of ambition in the league? So much to unpack here, so tune in! Before all this, Jordan and I break down the win 4-0 win NYCFC had against FC Cincinnati.

Game recap provided by MLS Soccer
Alexandru Mitrita scored twice in the first half, including a goal just 30 seconds into the match, as New York City FC cruised to a 4-0 win over FC Cincinnati at Red Bull Arena on Saturday evening.
NYCFC came out firing from the get-go as Mitrita opened the scoring at the 30-second mark — the fastest goal scored in club history — to give the Cityzens the early 1-0 lead. Despite the visitors being heavily dominated in possession, Frankie Amaya nearly leveled things for Cincinnati in the 23rd as his chance just missed the frame.
Anton Tinnerholm, though, converted from an acute angle off a nice pass from Ismael Tajouri-Shradi to double the home side's lead in the 25th, and Mitrita made it a brace in the 43rd as the rout was on. Jesus Medina wrapped up the scoring in the 88th as his free kick deflected off a FC Cincy defender and past Spencer Richey.
Cincinnati played this one without Nick Hagglund, who revealed earlier in the afternoon that he had tested positive for COVID-19.
