This is the second in a series of short audio messages produced to supplement the Road Safety in Focus Series. This message outlines which functions of a mobile phone may be used legally when the phone is mounted on a phone holder/cradle. It highlights the fact that even while a mobile phone is mounted on a phone holder/cradle, there are certain functions of a mobile phone that are illegal to use while driving.
