96. How to Stop Wishing the Time Away as a Mom. Part 1.

Are you constantly counting the minutes until bedtime? Do you find yourself daydreaming about how much easier life will be when the kids are older? So many of us moms find ourselves caught in this endless cycle of wishing the time away, then feeling guilty about, but not knowing how to stop it. The standard answer of, “Enjoy this now because they will be gone before you know it,” while well-meaning doesn't solve the constant battle you face on the daily. Today I walk you through 3 steps to get out of this cycle and stop wishing the time away (at least most days). Get ready to be equipped to stop the guilt and stay present!
