Fight OKC's Infamous Anti-panhandling Ordinance

On today’s episode, we are going to be exploring Oklahoma City’s infamous anti-panhandling/median safety ordinance that the City of Oklahoma City passed in 2015.

On October 27, 2020 or possibly on November 10, 2020, it is up to the City Council to decide if they want to drop it and accept that it is unconstitutional or continue fighting to defend the ordinance and take it to the Supreme Court.
