The Living Full Out Show with Nancy Solari encourages you to be of service to those who need you. Maybe you want to help out but you are unsure where to start. Perhaps you are afraid of not doing a good enough job. By going out of your way to assist others you can gain compassion and purpose to live full out.
The first caller, Hannah, is struggling with being burnt out and wants to find that work-life balance. She feels constant pressure and is having a hard time finding moments for self care. Nancy gives her advice on how to use her passion to reignite her motivation. Listen in to hear tips on how you can take power over your life again.
Our inspirational guest, Clarence Singleton, joined the marines at 18, quickly being deployed to Vietnam. During his time there, he and his friends were attacked. Suffering severe injuries he was forced to leave sooner than planned. Feeling guilty for leaving his friends behind and suffering from PTSD he knew he needed a new outlet to be a hero. Becoming a firefighter, Clarence felt he had found his calling. Eventually, due to his family's needs, he decided to retire, but felt a lack of aspiration. This soon changed when the devastating day of 9/11 came. Tune in to hear how Clarence took his trauma and turned it into motivation and purpose.
Our final caller, Jeff, wants advice on whether or not it is appropriate to keep in contact with ex-girlfriends despite being in a new relationship. He is not comfortable with the idea if it was reversed and he is unsure if he is being fair. Nancy explains the types of love and describes how they can be differentiated based on the situation. Listen in to learn how to communicate and set boundaries to improve the relationships in your life.
Maybe you have always wanted to make a change but you can unable make the time. Perhaps you never knew the effect even the smallest acts of service can have on others. By putting yourself out there and trying new ways to help, you can inspire others and live full out!
