I had to learn that the hard way, so I’m on a mission to teach women the steps to find the courage it takes to choose and create goodness and beauty and strength and resilience and fun everyday.

And that is what I want to chat with you about today: How to have the courage to show up in all areas of your life. Even when it’s hard. Even when there’s a pandemic. Even when you want to give up. Even when you don’t feel like you’re good enough. Even when you’re terrified. Even when someone in your family is sick.

Because you deserve to live a big and fulfilling life. And to do that, you need courage to go for it.
