Just like mental clutter, physical clutter steals your focus, and makes you feel overwhelmed, distracted, and agitated. Your brain is so busy trying to process all of the visual stimuli that you can’t fully enjoy the moment.

Have you ever spent a bunch of time cleaning something up only to have it get messy again a few weeks later? That’s because you didn’t get to the thought work that’s causing the mess in the first place.

But you don’t have to wait until your brain is 100% decluttered. Let’s start now by also working on getting your physical environment in order.

We have to DECIDE. We have to say GOODBYE. We have to CHANGE.

Living decluttered and organized requires you to be willing to feel uncomfortable. Living a decluttered life expects you to be intentional and mindful about your brain AND your space.

You can declutter your home in less time than you think—and without feeling completely overwhelmed—when you tackle it in small chunks of time every day.
