Most of you will likely have experienced this trap. You start to compare yourself to others - their careers, how well-behaved their kids are, the state of their relationship, how much money they make, you know, all the things.
And then the despair sets in. The thoughts that you aren’t good enough, you don’t have what it takes. That you will never be like the other to which you are comparing yourself.
Then it’s a trap. You’re stuck in it. You’re comparing and feeling despair and then when you are feeling that despair, you compare some more. You can’t get out of it.
When you have thoughts of comparison, you get feelings of despair. And the only way to feel better in this life is to change the way you are thinking.
