Hey Mama, this is the conversation that began after I hit "stop recording" following our first visit in episode #81. I quickly realized that it was too good not to share with all the BFFS, and I thankfully had the good sense to hit record again for the second time! If you have a teen daughter, this would be a good discussion to include her set of ears! Here it goes!

Hi Ladies, say hello to a new BFF, Elizabeth Bowman! She is the wife to Chris and mother to three amazing children ages 18, 17, and 15. She is also the author of Encounter. Elizabeth enjoys, running with her girlfriends, hiking, horseback riding, spending time on the baseball and football field, as well as, having a warm cup of coffee with her husband in the early mornings.

Elizabeth’s certification in Christian Counseling was earned through the American Association of Christian Counselors. Over the years, Elizabeth has had the privilege to mentor, counsel and walk alongside many women from a wide range of backgrounds, including those who have suffered through abortion, substance abuse, and various other forms of trauma.

Elizabeth is passionate about unlocking women’s hearts, so they can begin to receive healing, and come into a full understanding of LOVE, VALUE, ACCEPTANCE and SECURITY.
