He’s master roaster, part-owner and a true coffee aficionado. We discussed the different challenges, intricacies and specifics of coffee roasting. Chris shared with us a bit of his background running a surfer coffee shop in South Africa and how he came to move to Canada to pursue a career as a professional coffee roaster.
