‘You are Your Own Medicine’ is all about keeping a journal. The journal becomes your coach. You record what works for you and what doesn’t. Only you can make yourself as creative as a doughnut and pretty as a Victoria Sponge.

In this interlude I cover the power of the humble index card and the pleasure of using a scale on each journal entry.

How to be creative is all down to you. Finding your own time and space, the tools that make you creative AND productive, plus finding ideas you wouldn’t have got to without ‘being your own medicine.’
