In this episode, we introduce what we mean by sexual energy – how it originates in our sexual organs but is far more expansive and creative. Dee Elle talks about a recent experience of sexual energy as a rocket exploding out the top of her head, and we both talk about the importance of breathing (and sounding) while using our PC muscles as a pump to move the energy.
