The spiritual aspect of transforming spaces and the importance of beauty, harmony and passion is what our special guest, Sabrina Soto, a host and designer, speaks to in this conversation with Lee. She believes that any space you live in can (and should) be a representation of who you are, regardless of budget. Sabrina has designed for various HGTV shows and is on the new reboot shows, Trading Spaces and While You Were Out on TLC, in addition to being featured in many publications. As a first generation Cuban-American, hard work and perseverance were instilled early on in her life and is why her design style is always full of pop, color and heart!

In this show, Sabrina and Lee discuss the role spirituality has played in her life and in her work, how meditation led her to experiencing how much beauty there is in the world, and how she is healing the people pleaser in her. She offers a behind-the-scenes view of the highs and lows of working on TV, as well as her favorite aspect, and the impetus of starting her Redesigning Life podcast. Filmed in 2020, she reveals she's changed more in this year than she has in five years and what parenting during COVID has been like.
