2 Corinthians 10:13 (NKJV) “We, however, will not boast beyond measure, but within the limits of the sphere which God appointed us—a sphere which especially includes you.”

2 Corinthians 10:13 (ESV) “…the area of influence God assigned to us is to reach you…”

Rule (kanon):— a definitely bounded or fixed space within the limits of which one’s power of influence is confined. You have a sphere of influence.

Acts 16:31 “So they said, ‘Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.’”

Household (oikos):— the place where one has fixed his residence, family, descendants of one.

A. My People

Mark 5:19 “Go home to your friends, and tell them what great things the Lord has done for you, and how He has had compassion on you.”

B. My Place

Acts 17:26-27 “From one man he made all the nations, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he marked out their appointed times in history and the boundaries of their lands. God did this so that they would seek him…”

C. My Passion

Acts 9:39 “And all the widows stood by him weeping, showing the tunics and garments which Dorcas had made while she was with them.” The things you love to do place you in community.

A. My Manner
