What happens when a born introvert stands in front of audiences ranging from 400 to 8,000 people? Conventional wisdom states that he will freeze. Yet that did not happen to Sudhir in the last 10-15 years. It indicated that he had plenty of wonderful mentors who transformed him over the years from a recluse to someone comfortable with medium to large audiences.
The learnings over the years were hard and he also saw many people struggling to overcome the barrier between management and leadership. That is when he decided to move from a career in the IT leadership field to become a leadership coach and a growth catalyst!
I thought it would be prudent to take some leadership lessons and so the guest for this episode is Sudhir Rao.

Sudhir started his journey in the IT sector in 1991 and has worked with Cognizant for a long time. Working across 3 continents he performed several roles including global delivery leadership.
A Certified Marshall Goldsmith Leadership Coach, he also holds a Life Coaching Certification from CCA (Certified Coaches Alliance) based in Canada. After leaving Cognizant, Sudhir has coached over 300 future leaders through self-inquiry workshops.
