In todays episode we meet writer, film maker and womens story teller Rebecca Frayn, who tells us why she has dedicated her life to sharing the tales of females - show casing the messages that have sometimes been lost- despite their fame and notoriety.
We hear from actress alex Gray, who tells us
She needs to arm herself with her “why” to be able to use her voice to the best of her ability.
And voice coach Olivia Gajetski also shares with us how we need to employ our “body voice “ to understand what we embody and how to release our voice as part of an instrument within us that we can cultivate as power.
