Rocky believes in living life in harmony, and his motto is: “Your business is supposed to serve your life. Your life is NOT supposed to serve your business.” According to him, the easiest way to accomplish that is to be profitable.

Profit is important. Without it, you can’t pay your employees well, you can’t give back to your community & you can not weather a storm. But profit is not a four-letter word. We make a profit not because we want money but because we want to live life.
