After more than a decade of pediatric practice, Dr. Omaima Maaliki found her opportunity for a new career as a school physician and medical director of the American School of Dubai. It was an interesting career change, especially with the added challenge of managing that new position during the COVID-19 pandemic. Joining Dr. Richard Marn on the show, she talks about how fulfilled she is in a career that helps almost 2,000 students safe and healthy during the worst health crisis in our lifetimes.
