Feedback scares the heck out of most people, but if you run from it then you're handcuffing your potential.

I was one of those people for a very long time. I did everything I could to NOT receive feedback, and when I did I usually took it very personally and sat in a funk for a few days afterwards.

Today, however, I understand how important feedback is to growth. Point blank: you will NOT grow without feedback. And that’s growth in ANYTHING -- your job, your health, your hobbies, your relationships, your SELF.

In today’s episode I’m sharing with you a very simple, yet effective practice that I’ve been using to improve my life. It’s called T2B2, and it centers around seeking out feedback from trusted people in your life.
