It has led to many independent shops closing down for good, while simultaneously overwhelming the shops that made it through. More and more shops continue to close to this day, leading many pet owners to need to be squeezed in for appointments, or use bigger grooming corporations that have more availability. In this episode we discuss everything that's going on, and how we can work together to keep the industry alive with integrity.
