Did you know that when Ludo Studio was developing early Bluey episodes, the animatics featured Darren Hanlon songs as holding scores?

Gotta Be Done has never seen them (ahem, we'd love to!) but now Gympie's favourite folk troubadour has an official Bluey gig too - as the Alt Energy Dog in S3 episode Sheep Dog!

Darren joins Mary in the Gotta Be Done wagon to talk Queensland's biggest cultural exports, little people's favourite songs, his love of Dave McCormack's band Custard, and how his guest role is already delivering playground cred.

Also sneaking in are just a few hints of Darren's gorgeous tunes, including House, We All Cope in Different Ways, All These Things, Folk Insomnia, and Lapsed Catholic.

Darren had a chat just before he launched his national tour, and ahead of his new album next year - thanks Daz!
