Today we talk about the emotional support properties of Cypress essential oil.
Keep using your Lavender, Cypress and Lemon. You can diffuse 2 drops of each in your diffuser. Or you can put 2 drops of each and a teaspoon of fractionated coconut oil in a roller bottle and apply that over your heart area, your forehead, base of the neck and wrists.
