Week 7 Day 4 - Today's affirmation is I am Judgment Free . . . I am Open to New Virtues as They Show Up. This is our 4th day talking about judging righteously and compassionately and leaving condemnation to God. As we go throughout our day today we are going to notice and contemplate and celebrate the virtues that we see showing up in ourselves and others.
Today we go in depth on the emotional properties of Douglas Fir essential oil. If you want to be a link breaker of past generational unhealthy issues, or if you simply need more focus in your life, this is a great oil to diffuse.
This week we are diffusing diffusing 2 drops each of Melaleuca (The Oil of Energetic Boundaries), Juniper Berry (The Oil of the Night [or the unknown]) and Douglas Fir (The Oil of Generational Wisdom).
