It is “Orioles Opening Day” Friday on Glenn Clark Radio, Glenn and Griffin will prepare for the Orioles home opener later this afternoon against the Yankees. They will get the help of Stan “The Fan” Charles who will be hanging out with the guys for the first hour of the program before he heads down to the ballpark. Stan, Glenn and Griffin will also be updating the Lamar-O-Meter at the top of the show, more and more news about Lamar Jackson and the Ravens comes out, some of it not saying anything, some of it meaningful, we’ll walk around all that as we talk Lamar, Orioles and more with Stan “The Fan.” At 11am we will be joined by former Terp, Fort Washington native and DeMatha alum, Duane Simpkins, who just accepted the Head Coaching job at American University, we’ll talk to Coach about the new gig and his basketball journey. At 11:25am, we will catch up with our buddy Andrew Stetka who is in Augusta for his first ever Masters and get his take on the Orioles handling of the Grayson Rodriguez situation. At 12:05pm, we will have a chance to catch up with one of Glenn’s good friends who also just accepted a new coaching role, Ken Niumatalolo, the former Navy FB HC is now in an advisory role at UCLA, we’ll talk to him all about it as he begins a new chapter of his football career.
