Today's "Food For Thought": Lothlorien Fizz
Intended to evoke vibes of a never-ending summer, even in the depths of winter.
2 parts Limoncello
1 part gin
1 part strawberry gin (I used Gordon's)
1 part fresh squeezed lemon juice
top with club soda until it's as mellow as you like
It's like a fizzy, boozy lemonade. The tiny hint of strawberry really sets this apart. If you can't find Gordon's Strawberry gin, try a sweet fruit liqueur.
If you want to be extra magical, add some edible cocktail glitter!
