Mike Moor, better known as "Mindset Mike," is a mental coach for combat sports athletes, including fighters in the UFC.
I thought since a lot of my conversations with fighters have gone down a path of personal development and mindset traits that have allowed them to reach the sport's top level, it would be interesting to talk to someone who helps get them there.
