Rob Fields brings over three decades of marketing, programming and cultural advocacy and general business experience to his work as an arts leader. He is the founder of NBI Festival, a celebration of the Black people and ideas that are pushing contemporary culture forward. Rob is the former president and executive director of Weeksville Heritage Center, the Brooklyn-based cultural center and historic house museum.
