About Cameron
After university Cam worked for several years in Banking and Finance, moving into the family business in the early 2000’s. In existence for 40 years the company started off a repacker of confectionery and grew to be one of the largest importers and distributors in Australia.
As a 2nd generation leader, I came into the business; learning from “in” the business how to do things, which had both good and bad consequences.
Over the 20 years in the business, where we experienced the full roller coaster ride – ransomware, flooding, integrating the rise of China as a food manufacturer into our operation, achieving growth in a consolidating market, transitioning from a small to medium business, impacting the confectionery category as small supplier, innovating the sales model, and navigating COVID.
As owners, successfully handled the succession from 1st generation, starting / closing / selling several ancillary businesses. Navigating the personal ownership / management conflicts and then negotiating a sale to my business partner. Dealing with the moral dilemma, supplier / staff / familial expectations, and commitments, navigating relationships once you let the cat out the bag. And dealing with my son crying when I told him I was no longer the candy man!!
My personal passion is Coaching; Sporting and other as a profession, the activity of helping people be better versions of themselves is very exciting to me!

About Adam
am a Certified EOS® Implementer and an executive leadership coach. I work with CEO’s, managing directors, their boards and leadership teams as well as aspiring leaders who want to climb the corporate ladder. I help them achieve greater results for their teams, their businesses and themselves. How? By taking them from where they are to where they want to get to. I do that not by answering their questions, but by questioning their questions. By being Frank and Fearless. I ask tough questions and encourage my clients to say what they really think. I create space to enable them to stop, pause and reflect. Out of that space comes clarity and real opportunities for growth. I help my clients do incredible things. I help them understand that good and bad things happen. Life goes on regardless. What matters is your perspective and how you react to the shit that happens to you. What you get out of life depends on how you navigate your way through it.
