You have 90 seconds when you get triggered then the emotion takes you. When you find yourself reacting, to become conscious, stop, breath and make the underlying reaction conscious. Before you react and get lost in the reaction.
Taking alpha brainwave breaks in our days enables us to find peace, otherwise we wind up and have a hard time being peaceful. When we stop in our day to take alpha breaks, it slows down out brain and our reactions.Take time. Stop and look back to gather consciousness.
