Alright, we’re on part 2 of the “Start a Super Crazy Business” series and we’re chatting all about how to get started. I’m sharing practical steps along with some important mindset information designed to help you get started, now!

This time around, we’re fact finding. It’s time to figure out what it is you want to do with your business and the best way to do it is to start doing some research. Dust off those first year medical student studying skills and let’s get started.

Before you do a single bit of research though, you’ll want to get a binder or designate an electronic folder where you can put all the information you gather.

Now it’s time to start searching the internet. Along with looking up various industries and ways that you can contribute to them, you’ll also want to go back to people that you follow and admire.

See what they’re doing and who they have in their network and start getting an idea of who you can add to your own network. If you don’t already have one, you’ll want to get a LinkedIn profile set up.
