Today, Spiritual Coach and Rabbi Noam Raucher join me in talking about divorce within the Jewish community. He talks about the many rituals they practice when they go through a divorce to gain perspective, how they keep a sense of normalcy and stability for the children whose parents got divorced, and how their community responds to it. He also shares a few tips for the HR Department on what they can offer to their employees going through such a tough time.

His background comes from extensive work and experience as an ordained rabbi and counselor to thousands of individuals all walking different paths.
