Sick of feeling overstimulated in motherhood? Sometimes simple shifts can make a huge difference in how much input you're allowing into your brain. A stressed nervous system equals fight or flight and constant overstimulation and a great way to counteract that is to reduce how much your brain is encountering on a daily basis. It's easy for your life as an anxious mom to quickly fill up with things that are contributing to your emotional dysregulation and nervous system dysregulation. By making just a few simple changes, you'll see that anxiety disorder stop being so prevalent and your brain's ability to respond instead of react skyrocket.

So grab a snack and maybe a load of laundry to fold, and let's learn!

blessings,

Rach
