Nkrumah Eaves is currently working for the Department of Defense (DOD) as an equipment specialist. He is focused on learning as much about multifamily in order to be able to partner with like-minded, experienced individuals on different projects. His short term goal is to be able have real estate replace my W2 in the next 4 years. His long term goal is to have this to be a vehicle that will provide “generational freedom” to my kids and their kids.
