Welcome to Episode 54 on Deep Grounding, Releasing and Healing Meditation. This is a guided meditation recorded in the Akashic Records. In this meditation, we called upon your team of Akashic Masters and Guides, connected to the gold light from the Central Sun and used it to balance all 12 chakras, and to release what no longer serves. We also connected to the crystalline white light from the Mother Earth and used it to send healing to our physical body. Finally, we swept our auric fields.
