I know I’m biased, but I seriously love this episode and I hope you do too! Our guest is Gunjani Patel and we talk about a WIDE variety of personal development & emotional intelligence, as well as amazing ideas and exercises that you can take into your daily life & routine.

Gunjani is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Trauma Specialist, Wellness & Transformation Coach, Speaker, Writer, and now a Podcast Host of Traumatic Transformations. She has been successfully running her private practice called GPatelCounseling in San Diego California and Florida for over a decade, specializing in Depression, Anxiety, PTSD (trauma), Addictions, Grief & Loss. She is also a new mom to a 3-year-old hyper-energetic, lovely boy and is in the process of expanding her coaching business with her new found love for Breathwork. Given the current mental health epidemic the world is in, her passion lies in helping parents break the cycles of intergenerational trauma by healing their unhelpful patterns through reparenting themselves and learning emotional wellness so they can show up as their best selves and raise emotionally mature & intelligent generation of kids.
