Election Fraud Is Organized and Nationwide: Hans Von Spakovsky

Large-scale operations are active in the United States to rig elections, and to dismantle the basic protections meant to prevent election fraud. These include the paid "mules" exposed by Dinesh D'Souza in his documentary "2000 Mules," but also include organized efforts from paid agents of political campaigns, to constant legal actions from alleged civil rights organizations.

We sit down with Hans Von Spakovsky, a senior legal fellow at The Heritage Foundation, and a former commissioner on the Federal Election Commission, to learn more about the groups using legal power to dismantle America's election protections.

Spakovsky states, "for the past several decades, there have literally been dozens of organizations formed on the left to engage in voter registration. But more importantly, to, for example, file lawsuits against states to get rid of every safety and security protocol put on."

And to gain a deeper understanding of how common election fraud really is in the United States.

Spakovsky said, "the whole picture is a clearly defined well financed effort to basically get rid of every safety and security protocol we have in place."
