Being an avoidant, Farah had a tough time communicating her emotions to her partner, fearing rejection and judgment. She tells us how she learnt to create vulnerable experiences, values and vision with her partner. This is what is called intuitive dating and courtship.

She talks about the anxiety and self doubt that comes with dating and courtship and takes us through the critical mindset shifts she had to make to attract the love she deserved.

Having found support in the CCC community of women with similar goals, she learned to put herself out there in the dating world, trust the process, keep her heart and options open and choose the man who truly values what she brings to the relationship.
