Jennifer Fielder and Trey Smith make up the Country Music duo SmithField. Jennifer and Trey join Country Music Made Me to talk about their early musical memories, the history of their family ties and the New Year's party when they were 10 and 12 when they first saw each other perform. They then reminisce about years of pursuing solo careers and the moment Trey was encouraged by his cousin to reach out to Jennifer to meet and perform together. Finally they talk about forming a duo, moving to Nashville and the events over the past 10 years that have led to their most recent EP "New Town".
