When God’s family functions, it is a powerful force for transformation. People want to be a part of a community that cares for one another and shares their lives because of a commonly held belief. This is why Jesus established his church as the primary means for advancing the Kingdom of God on earth. God’s people living out their family identity naturally draws orphan children into the family.
