One of the common themes ending 2020 was the idea that all of us want to return to “normal”. But in this series we will re-evaluate “normal”. For many of us, “normal” has meant overwhelmed, busy, distracted, anxious, social media addicted, always rushing, and we never stop! This is just normal, right?
