Sometimes it takes a little trial and error to find out what you're good at. Other times, it takes testing out your skills at part-time jobs or internships - even unpaid ones (don't underestimate their value).
Your school years are the prime time to find out what you're good at and what you enjoy doing. And, that's the key - to find out what you enjoy doing. There's an old quote, "When you do what you love you'll never work a day in your life."
