Gerald Schiavoni | Co- Founder of Merrimack Valley Eats & The Valley Dish
Merrimack Valley Eats is a Facebook forum that allows people to post photos, share experiences, and engage with each other in the universal language of. We are a restaurant-focused group and we started due to a lack of representation in the area. We use a "Help not Yelp" mentality so whether you're looking for a new restaurant or even sharing some of your own favorites, all are welcome to join, post, comment, and let their voice be heard. Currently we have crossed the 29,000-member threshold, but we love getting new members and hearing new perspectives
The Valley Dish is the other side of the forum coin. It is currently a developing publication from the founders of Merrimack Valley Eats. We will feature column-style writing that will blend in contributors from throughout the region. It will be a one stop shop for dining in the area. With one part publication, one part podcast, and one part video series our goal is to fold "old-school" style journalism and reporting with future minded content styles.
