Why is mental health dismissed by the evangelical movement as nothing more than a lack of faith or the result of a poor prayer life. Perhaps if you spent more time in the Word or repented from your sinful living? Could we interest you a meeting over coffee with a pastor who has received no mental health training (we aren't even sure if he has gone through seminary) but we will call it counseling because he has the title of "pastor."
