Gillian French has a passion for people and for scaling indigenous Irish start-ups. She is Chief People Officer at Cubic Telecom an indigenous Irish tech firm with 200 employees. Gillian is responsible for people strategy – ensuring that the business has the right people in the right jobs doing the right things in order to deliver Cubic’s business strategy.

Prior to joining Cubic Telecom, Gillian was CPO at Car Trawler where she grew the business from 25 to 600 people.
