我們都知道老與死是生命自然的軌跡，各位是否有什麼親身經歷的故事讓妳深刻體會對生命離別產生的難過、不捨和遺憾？經歷這些事情剛開始怎麼樣的心境？如何調適自己的心情？愛得愈深不捨的情緒愈滿？特別內心的一集，我們找來了一位身邊的開心果朋友跟我們一起分享、討論他經歷過的生離死別和愛的方式，還有她是如何在這些經歷後重新擁抱充滿愛的世界並向前邁進
We can all agree that 2020 has been a very turbulent year. We’ve not only lost many people from the global pandemic and also famous people who we may or may not have grew up watching. We often say that nothing is permanent in life. People come and go, life and death are natural trajectories of life. Have you personally experienced stories that have made you deeply feel the parting of life? What was your initial mood after experiencing a sudden death, parting, How did you overcome it? In this episode we invited a very close friend to share her experience this year when facing sudden lost and how it taught her.
