Since then, Brandon has his own practice helping people becoming healthier, find flow and balance in their lives and discover more about themselves than they ever thought possible.
We talk about some of the discoveries made in the Wim Hof method and how they have been proven in studies all over Universities in Europe and the US. We also talk about where to begin if you've never looked into this stuff before. Breath work and Cold water work are LEGIT.
